We will gather at 6:30 at the Scout House for a 7PM departure on Friday night. This is a fun trip!!

We will have a core leadership meeting at 7 PM tomorrow night with Patrol Leaders joining at 7:15. With the pending camping trip there is lots to plan!
There will be a full meeting at 7:30. Ethan tells me that he and his crew will be continuing to work on water sports as the program.
The final payment for summer camp is due tomorrow unless you have made other payment arrangements with either Mr. Decker or I. The full amount due is $260. So the amount due is $260 less whatever you have paid to date. For most of you this equates to $160 due. I am looking forward to summer camp. Remember the medical forms and do your best to have your doctor sign them by mid June.
The swimming test for anyone who wants to canoe and did not go to a summer camp last year will be May 11 at 7 PM. You must pass the BSA Swim test to canoe. If you cannot make the 11th please talk to me for other arrangements. Parents canoeing this means you too! We will have the swim test at the Memorial Northwest Community Center Pool.
Permission slip for canoeing is attached. It is due next week.

We will have TLC tomorrow night. Primary leadership should plan to arrive at 7PM and Patrol Leaders should arrive at 7:15 for news for their patrols.
We will have a meeting at 7:30. The boys are working on canoeing this month so water sports are the themes for the programs.
We will celebrate Scout Sunday next Sunday, April 25. We cook breakfast for the church that sponsors us. We will meet at the Scout House at 8 AM, get everything ready and start cooking at 8:30 or so to get finished by 11:00 or so. The church sets aside space for us so lets show up in big numbers for their worship service to let them know we appreciate their support.
There will be a committee meeting Tuesday at 7:30. All parents are welcome. Primary discussion will involve Scout Sunday and the coming scouting events.
