Some announcements:
1. The Citizenship merit badge weekend is being CHANGED to February 13 and 14. Please update your calendars!
2. Celebrate 100 years of Scouting- Feb 18 at Minute Made Park
Kim Lindenfeld is taking the lead on coordinating a group order for tickets to attend the BSA 100th Anniversary Celebration on Thursday, February 18th at Minute Maid Park. This is being promoted as the LARGEST 100th anniversary event in the country and is a once-in-a-lifetime event. Detailed information is available at http://www.boyscouts100.org/

In order for the Troop to be seated together, the tickets must be purchased together. Tickets are $16 per person (it’s open to the entire family) and includes a box dinner. We will be collecting orders and payments for this event on Monday night as we are close to the group deadline. Tickets will be available for purchase after this directly from the box office but will not be grouped with the troop. If you order tickets yourself you will not be able to sit with the troop.
Please respond by Wednesday, January 27. Tickets will be ordered on the 28th. Scout bucks can be used to purchase tickets.

3. The next campout will be backing at Cima, Feb 19 -21 (the boys don’t get Monday off this year). Permission form will probably be sent out this week and will be due Feb 1. This is so we can plan treks, do a shake down and be ready on the 19th! More to follow.
4. Fertilizer and Mulch orders and money are due February 1.
Monday’s January 25 meeting, is a TLC and advancement meeting and will start at 7:30 PM (no 7 PM meeting). Leadership needs to attend!
