Ethan Edwards received the rank of Eagle Scout on Thursday night following an Eagle Board of Review. Ethan, a sophomore at Klein Collins High School, isn’t done scouting, though. He’s already on his way to earning his first Eagle Palm and plans to remain active in the troop. Congratulations, Ethan!
